The second pic actually made me a little dizzy. I think I need therapy...
The wind was light, so there wasn't too much to worry about. Also, brick structures like these don't sway a lot in strong winds.
On the one hand, that's good because you don't get that resonance going on when the wind is just right like you do in a skyscraper. On the other hand, bricks and mortar don't play too well with tensile stress...
